Scent Syndicate LLC is a fragrance retailer based in McKinney, Texas. We sell authentic designer and niche fragrances sourced from authorized wholesalers and distributors. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorized retailer of any fragrance brand unless explicitly stated.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase on our website. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Product Authenticity

Every product sold by Scent Syndicate is 100% authentic. We source our inventory from reputable wholesalers and authorized distributors. We do not sell counterfeit, replica, or knock-off products. 4. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to accurately describe our products, including fragrance names, sizes, concentrations, and conditions (retail bottle vs. tester). Tester bottles are genuine fragrance products but may arrive without a cap or retail box — this is standard for distributor-sourced testers and does not affect the fragrance inside.

Product images are for reference only. Bottle designs and packaging may vary slightly from what is shown due to batch or regional differences made by the manufacturer. This does not constitute a defect or misrepresentation.

5. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time. If a pricing error affects your order, we will notify you before processing.

6. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected items. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues. Payment is collected at checkout.
