Domestic Shipping — U.S. Only
Scent Syndicate ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Rates
- Orders over $75.00 — FREE Standard Shipping
- Orders under $75.00 — $10.00 Flat Rate Standard Shipping
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24–48 business hours of placement (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and the carrier. Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by third-party carriers and are not guaranteed by Scent Syndicate.
Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection is at our discretion based on your location and order size.
Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is in the carrier's possession, Scent Syndicate is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or theft after delivery confirmation. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Scent Syndicate is not responsible for non-delivery or delays resulting from an incorrect address entered at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for re-shipping fees.
