Are your fragrances authentic?

Yes. Every bottle is carefully sourced and hand-inspected before it ships. Our community of 1,200+ collectors is built on that.

What's a tester?

A tester is the same fragrance as the retail bottle, but it may come without a cap or retail box. Testers are final sale.

What are samples?

Small vials that let you try a fragrance before committing to a full bottle. Samples are final sale.

How fast do you ship?

Orders ship within 1–2 business days, and delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after that. Shipping is free on orders over $75, otherwise a $10 flat rate. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet — we currently ship within the United States only.

What's your return policy?

Unopened items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened items are accepted with a 20% restocking fee. Testers, samples and decants are final sale. See our full Refund Policy.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

Email us at info@scentsyndicate.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll make it right.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards, and Shop Pay.
